N A Jones Capital is a Ghana-based wealth management firm serving individuals, families, and institutions with integrated investment and advisory solutions.
Our model is built around governance, transparency, and structured decision-making — aligning our interests completely with those we serve.
Licensed by Ghana's Securities and Exchange Commission and the National Pensions Regulatory Authority — reflecting the depth and breadth of our mandate.
Three integrated pillars of service for the full wealth lifecycle.
"Our advice is completely objective. Our main interest is providing the best service to our clients and helping them take informed decisions."N A Jones Capital — Core Mandate
Founded in 2015 in Accra, Ghana, N A Jones Capital was built to offer something the market was missing — genuinely independent wealth advisory rooted in fiduciary principle.
We were established to address a clear gap in Ghana's financial services landscape: the absence of a genuinely independent, boutique firm committed to the long-term stewardship of client wealth — free from product bias, commission incentives, or institutional pressure.
Our dual regulatory standing — licensed by both the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) — reflects the breadth of services we provide and the standards to which we hold ourselves. These licenses were earned through rigorous institutional processes and represent our commitment to operating at the highest level of professional integrity.
We sit at the intersection of traditional asset management, family office advisory, and independent research — a combination that allows us to serve the full complexity of our clients' financial lives, from portfolio construction and pension management to estate planning, fiduciary roles, and institutional research.
Each service area is designed to work independently or as part of a holistic mandate — depending on where you are in your wealth journey.
We provide disciplined, evidence-based portfolio management for individuals, families, and institutional clients — including pension fund management under full NPRA regulatory oversight. Our investment approach emphasises long-term capital preservation and growth, active monitoring, and risk-adjusted performance with complete reporting transparency.
We function as a comprehensive multi-family office platform, providing the kind of integrated advisory and structural support once reserved for the largest family offices. Our approach combines the intimacy of a boutique firm with the expertise needed to address complex, multi-generational wealth considerations.
N A Jones ARA is our independent financial research arm, delivering evidence-based macro, equity, and fixed income research to institutional clients who require decision-grade insight. We combine deep local market expertise with quantitative rigour — providing objective, actionable analysis free from the conflicts inherent in sell-side research.
N A Jones Capital is co-founded and led by two complementary professionals — bringing together deep investment expertise and commercial legal rigour.
An investment and actuarial professional with over 18 years of experience spanning investment advisory, fund management, pension systems, public health policy, and financial modelling.
